1. Welcome clients and facilitate sales transactions following the Maison's selling ceremony.
2. Contribute to boutique turnover and client recruitment.
3. Develop and maintain client loyalty through clienteling actions and follow-up.
4. Adhere to boutique and personal action plans to achieve sales targets.
5. Participate in commercial and non-commercial events, including travel.
6. Maintain knowledge of the Maison's products, history, and visual identity guidelines.
7. Manage customer service activities, including repairs and client communications.
8. Prepare the boutique for client visits and ensure a seamless in-store journey.
9. Contribute to operational tasks such as stock management and digital tool usage.
10. Engage in personal and team development through training and knowledge sharing.

1. Fluency in English and Dutch.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with a high level of productivity.
