1. Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to clients in the boutique, building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Actively prospect and convert sales opportunities to achieve individual and boutique targets and KPIs.
3. Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and after‑sales service with impeccable discretion and responsiveness.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects the maison’s aesthetic and brand guidelines.
5. Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately and carry out cashing up, invoicing and returns according to procedure.
6. Control stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, process replenishments and report discrepancies.
7. Support boutique operational tasks including housekeeping, window and in-store displays, and seasonal floor-set changes.
8. Collaborate with the team and management to share market feedback, client preferences and product knowledge insights.

1. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in luxury retail or high‑end jewellery preferred.
2. Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent clienteling.
3. Polished personal presentation with high standards of grooming and professional demeanour.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
5. Strong verbal communication, telephone and email etiquette.
6. Eligibility to work in Monaco for the duration of the fixed‑term contract.
