Retail Training Manager

1. Execute all retail training programs through various learning modalities.
2. Support the Director of Training in assessing, adapting, and developing training content.
3. Work on transversal retail projects and content development.
4. Conduct train-the-trainers workshops for existing retail training programs both online and offline.
5. Create training recaps and follow-up action plans.
6. Provide evaluations for post-training endeavors to demonstrate training ROI.
7. Support regional trainers with co-facilitation, business insights, training strategy, and communication.
8. Manage onboarding guidelines and HQ initiatives.
9. Promote knowledge through BLOOM with VCA to achieve learning performance goals for the Americas.
10. Facilitate core program training workshops.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Five years of luxury retail experience preferred.
3. Comprehension of adult learning styles.

1. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
2. Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
3. DISC, EQI & Kirkpatrick Method skills.

Five years of luxury retail experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Expected Salary Range: $95K-$110K/yearly. Eligible for annual bonus.
