Van Cleef & Arpels Retail Training Manager

- Execute all retail training programs through various learning modalities.
- Support the Director of Training in assessing, adapting, and developing training content to address skills or curriculum gaps.
- Work on transversal retail projects and content development to support business needs and new initiatives.
- Conduct train-the-trainer workshops for existing retail training programs both online and offline.
- Create training recaps and follow-up action plans.
- Provide evaluations for post-training endeavors to demonstrate training ROI.
- Support regional trainers with co-facilitation, business insights, training strategy, and communication.
- Manage onboarding guidelines and HQ initiatives.
- Promote knowledge through BLOOM with VCA to achieve learning performance goals for the Americas.
- Facilitate core program training workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree with a comprehension of adult learning styles.
- Five years of luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in DISC, EQI, and Kirkpatrick Method.
Five years of experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Expected salary range: $95K-$110K/yearly. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
