1. Provide logistical support for signature training sessions, including coordination of welcome gifts, classroom supplies, and catering.
2. Assist regional trainers with onsite and offsite training logistics, ensuring smooth timing and agenda coordination with venues.
3. Collaborate with the Retail Analyst and Legal Department to process vendor invoices through the NSPO system.
4. Support training tracking through LMS and BLOOM app analysis and reporting.

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
2. Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
3. Must be 18 years or older.
4. Available for the full duration of the internship program from June 2nd to August 8th.

1. Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), and Adobe (preferred).
2. Innovative thinking with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong team player with a proactive and energetic approach.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
6. Capability to read script/cursive texts.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and training is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.

$20-25 per hour
