Van Cleef & Arpels Retail Training Assistant (Intern) — France & Monaco

Van Cleef & Arpels is a Parisian maison renowned for high jewellery, watchmaking and exceptional artisanal savoir‑faire. The brand operates an international boutique network and places a premium on craftsmanship, refined client experiences and heritage-led creativity.

1. Support the design, preparation and delivery of retail training programmes for boutiques across France and Monaco, including product, sales and service modules.
2. Develop and update training materials and assets (presentations, manuals, assessment tools and digital content) tailored for in-store teams.
3. Coordinate logistics for face-to-face and virtual sessions: scheduling, invitations, venue/materials preparation and post-session follow-up.
4. Maintain and update the training calendar, participant lists and basic learning records; produce regular activity and impact reports for stakeholders.
5. Liaise with boutique managers, HR, L&D partners and external trainers to ensure alignment of content with commercial and brand objectives.
6. Collect and analyse learner feedback to propose iterative improvements and support onboarding for new hires and collection launches.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
2. Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanour and discretion when dealing with senior stakeholders.
4. Interest in luxury retail and client experience standards.

Previous internship or short-term experience in retail training, learning & development, HR or within luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated exposure to store environments or client-facing roles will be considered an asset.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme relevant to HR, L&D, business or luxury management.
