1. Coordinate stakeholders for boutique opening projects.
2. Support the deployment of tools in boutiques and provide local team assistance.
3. Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager and Boutique Back-of-House teams on operational processes.
4. Engage with boutiques, departments, and vendors on client development initiatives.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of Client Experience Guidelines and Tools.
6. Perform administrative tasks such as vendor management, purchase order processing, and invoice handling.
7. Coordinate team calendars and meeting schedules.

1. Experience in administrative roles.
2. Excellent organizational skills and a dynamic team player.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
