1. Ensure compliance with Maison's and Group's policies and guidelines.
2. Manage store stock and collaborate with boutique operations teams on inventory management.
3. Work with international teams to address challenges in boutiques.
4. Share and implement boutique best practices.
5. Develop and implement effective strategies and action plans for change management in boutiques.
6. Assume ownership of retail systems, payment solutions, and digital tools in the store.
7. Provide support on operating systems and digital solutions for in-store colleagues.

1. Fluency in English is required.
