1. Support the development and implementation of key retail initiatives within the International Retail Operations department.
2. Participate in the retail digital transformation by implementing retail initiatives.
3. Assist project managers to ensure successful project deployments.
4. Maintain and enhance digital retail tools, performing user tests on new features.
5. Facilitate comprehension of retail digital tools across departments and train on retail portal content creation.
6. Promote operational excellence in boutiques, supporting continuous improvement of retail processes and procedures.
7. Ensure boutiques have access to necessary tools and content for efficient operation.
8. Collaborate with the Retail Operations community to support global retail operations projects and manage change effectively.

No prior experience required, but a genuine passion for the luxury and jewelry sector is essential.

Currently enrolled as a student.

Training in the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at the School of Jewelry Arts.
