1. Support ongoing retail operations initiatives and the development of tools and solutions for retail boutique teams.
2. Participate in the implementation of retail initiatives as part of the digital transformation.
3. Assist project managers in ensuring successful project deployments.
4. Maintain and enhance digital retail tools, performing user tests on new features.
5. Facilitate comprehension of retail digital tools among other departments and train them on retail portal content creation.
6. Promote operational excellence in boutiques, ensuring access to necessary tools and content for efficient operation.
7. Collaborate with the Retail Operations community to support the implementation of projects and boutique tools globally.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
2. Demonstrated interest in luxury retail and digital solutions.

1. Enthusiasm and proactivity with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Adaptability and readiness to propose innovative ideas.
3. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent priority management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in the luxury and jewelry sector is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

Training in the history and values of the Maison within the School of Jewelry Arts.
