1. Actively support the rollout and implementation of retail operations and projects, including T&C, Automated Traffic Count, RFID, and SAP.
2. Monitor and update project processes and guidelines, ensuring alignment with local needs and situations.
3. Ensure compliance with operational policies across all boutiques.
4. Provide comprehensive support for daily operational and system-related issues in boutiques.
5. Manage PLV inventory and orders, ensuring efficient boutique operations.

1. University degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Relevant experience in luxury retail or a comparable field.

1. Proficiency in MS Office software and retail programs, including SAP.
2. Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
