1. Design and implement the retail strategy for the Iberian market in alignment with the Maison's vision and standards of excellence.
2. Achieve business and financial performance targets locally through strategic initiatives and direct sales efforts.
3. Collaborate closely with local Marketing & Communication Managers and Regional Retail & Supply teams.
4. Contribute significantly to the strategic opening of the upcoming Iberia flagship in Madrid.
5. Build, coach, and develop a team of retail experts and manage boutique teams locally.
6. Analyze the market business environment to develop a local sales vision, including budgets, yearly plans, and identifying risks and opportunities.
7. Support boutiques with tools, organization, resources, and best practices to maximize sales.
8. Express boutiques' needs and identify initiatives to support their development, creating synergies among retail functions.
9. Define and implement client and team strategies for High Jewelry in collaboration with Marketing.
10. Develop knowledge of VIP clients and ensure client satisfaction while representing the Maison as an ambassador.

1. Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing luxury boutique teams.
2. Deep understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese retail ecosystem.

1. Strategic thinking with a 360° vision.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Fluency in Spanish and English.
4. Ability to travel regularly.
