1. Support the Retail Expertise department in creating and monitoring training programs for sales managers.
2. Assist in the preparation and coordination of classroom training sessions for managers.
3. Collaborate with project managers in organizing and managing training events.
4. Participate in the design and development of training programs, liaising with regional training teams, marketing, heritage, retail performance, and retail operations teams both in France and internationally.
5. Contribute to the administrative management of the department and facilitate communication with external providers and partners.

1. Currently enrolled as a student with an interest in luxury retail sales.
2. Fluent in French and English.

2. Curiosity and a service-oriented attitude with a multicultural sensitivity.
3. Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
4. Creative with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and training is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of Van Cleef & Arpels at L'École des Arts Joailliers.
