1. Design and implement the retail strategy for Germany and Austria, aligning with the Maison’s vision and standards of excellence.
2. Achieve business and financial performance goals through strategic initiatives and direct sales management, collaborating with local marketing, communication, and regional retail teams.
3. Contribute significantly to the strategic opening of new boutiques in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
4. Build, coach, and develop a team of retail experts, managing boutique teams locally.
5. Analyze market business environments to construct a local sales vision, supporting boutiques with necessary tools, organization, and resources to maximize sales.
6. Facilitate the integration of retail functions into the Maison’s strategy, identifying initiatives to support boutique development and creating synergies among retail functions.
7. Define and implement client and team strategies for high-jewelry segments, collaborating with marketing to enhance VIP client knowledge and satisfaction.

1. Proven expertise in the German and Austrian retail ecosystems.
2. Experience leading boutique teams within the luxury sector.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to travel regularly.
