1. Design and implement the retail strategy for Germany and Austria in alignment with the Maison's vision and standards.
2. Achieve business and financial performance locally through initiatives and direct sales efforts.
3. Collaborate with local marketing, communication managers, and regional retail and supply teams.
4. Contribute to the strategic opening of new boutiques in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
5. Manage and develop a team of retail experts and boutique teams.
6. Build a sales vision for the local market, including budgets, yearly plans, and risk assessments.
7. Support boutiques with tools, organization, resources, and best practices to maximize sales.
8. Manage retail functions to support the Maison's strategy and create synergies among functions.
9. Define and implement client and team strategies for high-jewelry clients.
10. Develop knowledge of VIP clients and ensure client satisfaction.
