1. Design and implement the retail strategy for Germany and Austria, aligning with the Maison’s vision and standards of excellence.
2. Achieve business and financial performance targets through strategic initiatives and direct sales management.
3. Collaborate closely with local Marketing & Communication Managers and Regional Retail & Supply teams.
4. Contribute to the strategic opening of new boutiques in Frankfurt and Hamburg.
5. Build, coach, and develop a team of retail experts and manage local boutique teams.
6. Analyze market business environment to construct a local sales vision, including budgets, yearly plans, and identifying risks and opportunities.
7. Support boutiques with tools, organization, resources, and KPI analysis to maximize sales.
8. Identify and implement initiatives to support retail functions and create synergies to meet business needs.
9. Define and implement client and team strategies for high-jewelry in collaboration with Marketing.
10. Develop knowledge of VIP clients and ensure client satisfaction while representing the Maison as an ambassador.

1. Proven experience in the luxury retail sector, particularly with high jewelry.
2. Demonstrated success in leading boutique teams to achieve business objectives.
3. In-depth understanding of the German/Austrian retail ecosystem.

1. Fluency in German and English.
2. Strong change agility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. 360° vision in business strategy and execution.

Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on high jewelry and boutique operations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
