Van Cleef & Arpels Retail & CRM Content Production Intern

Van Cleef & Arpels is a haute joaillerie and timepiece maison renowned for artisanal craftsmanship, poetic design and exacting quality. The brand forms part of the Richemont group and operates a global network of boutiques and ateliers, combining heritage savoir‑faire with contemporary retail and marketing practices.

1. Support coordination and end‑to‑end production of retail content (visuals, product copy, localizations) for boutiques and e‑commerce.
2. Assist the CRM team in preparing campaign assets, email templates and content segmentation inputs, ensuring alignment with calendar and brand guidelines.
3. Manage and update digital asset libraries and distribution to retail teams and external partners; ensure metadata and version control.
4. Liaise with in‑house marketing, retail operations and external agencies to track briefs, timelines and approvals.
5. Contribute to quality control of imagery and copy for store merchandising, POS and CRM channels; prepare simple creative briefs when required.
6. Support reporting of content performance and campaign delivery, and maintain project trackers to monitor milestones and deadlines.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Luxury Management, Visual Merchandising or equivalent.
2. Excellent written French and strong professional English; copywriting skills in both languages preferred.
3. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
4. Keen eye for visual detail and strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
5. Proactive, collaborative and comfortable liaising with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
