1. Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Customize training and coaching plans to enhance knowledge retention.
3. Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and support individual development plans.
4. Utilize digital tools and emerging technologies to maximize learning impact.
5. Conduct regional needs assessments to identify and address training requirements for sales performance.
6. Plan, organize, and execute both online and in-person training sessions.
7. Strategize short and long-term goals for training initiatives and regional action plans.
8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement among teams.
9. Oversee training activities from conception through to execution.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
2. Three to five years of experience in Retail Training and Development or Retail Management.

1. Expertise in luxury client experience and leadership.
2. Proficiency in virtual learning and instructional design.
3. Strong emotional intelligence and communication styles.
4. Advanced presentation skills and developmental assessments.
5. Gemological knowledge and experience in Art & Culture are advantageous.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time.

Three to five years of experience in Retail Training and Development or Retail Management, with a focus on luxury client experience and leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.

Expected salary range of $110K - $120K annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
