- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Customize training and coaching plans to enhance knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with retail leaders to identify and support individual development plans.
- Utilize digital tools and emerging technologies to maximize learning impact.
- Conduct regional needs assessments to identify and address training requirements for sales performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute both online and in-person training sessions.
- Strategize short and long-term goals for training initiatives and regional action plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and engagement among teams.
- Oversee training activities from conception through to execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- Three to five years of experience in Retail Training and Development or Retail Management.
- Expertise in luxury client experience and leadership.
- Proficiency in virtual learning and instructional design.
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication styles.
- Advanced presentation skills and developmental assessments.
- Gemological knowledge and experience in Art & Culture are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time.
Three to five years of experience in Retail Training and Development or Retail Management, with a focus on luxury client experience and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
Expected salary range of $110K - $120K annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
