1. Strategize and manage the opening and renovation of boutiques in the Asia Pacific region, optimizing design and layout to enhance customer experiences while ensuring compliance with Maison's standards and local specificities.
2. Liaise with headquarters' store planning teams to validate project frameworks and elements, and collaborate closely with markets on the tendering and selection process.
3. Oversee and monitor project status and milestones to ensure quality and budget adherence by markets.
4. Develop and implement non-boutique related projects such as Customer Relation Centers and office renovations.
5. Formulate and implement regional boutique maintenance guidelines, ensuring market adherence.
6. Share best practices among store planning teams in the Asia Pacific region to foster community development.
7. Suggest and implement collaborative opportunities between store planning teams across different markets.

1. Proven experience in store design planning.

1. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
2. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
3. Detail-oriented with agility in retail space maximization.
4. Proficiency in CAD software and Photoshop.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

Significant experience in store design planning within the luxury retail sector.
