1. Lead and develop the Retail Performance & Operations team across Asia Pacific, ensuring alignment with the Maison's strategic direction.
2. Initiate, implement, and monitor projects to enhance business performance, data management, and retail operations, maintaining the Maison's standards of excellence.
3. Serve as the liaison between local markets and HQ, articulating local needs and ensuring the successful implementation of HQ initiatives.
4. Analyze market reports, challenge local markets, and support the Regional Retail Director in defining action plans and identifying best practices.
5. Facilitate the implementation of performance-driven action plans, fostering an analytical mindset and KPI-focused approach.
6. Adapt operational roadmaps to regional priorities, leading region-specific initiatives and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
7. Oversee the deployment of regional projects and the adoption of retail digital solutions, coordinating market feedback to HQ.
8. Support markets in change management, ensuring compliance with Group and Maison commercial policies.

1. Extensive experience in retail performance and operations within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
3. Experience working in a matrix organization with strong partnership skills.

4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Significant experience in luxury retail performance and operations, with a track record of leadership and strategic project management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
