1. Ensure efficient and compliant operation of boutiques across the Asia Pacific region.
2. Collaborate with APA Retail Operations to align boutique operations with Maison standards.
3. Support markets in mastering boutique tools and applying processes effectively.
4. Maintain and update system knowledge, providing coaching and support on system-related issues.
5. Identify, collect, and share best practices across APA markets and boutiques.
6. Represent APA markets by communicating local needs and specificities, and coordinate rollouts with Region/HQ.
7. Contribute to the design and testing phases of projects, escalating local needs between markets and HQ.
8. Support the coordination and implementation of global and regional projects to enhance boutique operations.
9. Plan, roll-out, and train local retail teams on international procedures.

1. Solid experience in boutique or retail operations.
2. Strong project management skills.

1. High responsibility and attention to detail.
2. Self-motivation.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
4. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
