1. Support the preparation and analysis of sales forecasts, quarterly business reviews, and the annual budget for Asia Pacific markets.
2. Assist in the preparation, generation, and review of financial statements, providing detailed variance commentary.
3. Coordinate SAP processes and manage other ad hoc financial projects.
4. Prepare quarterly forecasts and yearly budget Excel templates for each Asia Pacific market.
5. Coordinate and consolidate Asia Pacific markets' budgets and forecasts for total regional consolidation.
6. Perform detailed analysis during budget and forecast processes.
7. Assist in preparing budget and forecasts PowerPoint presentations.
8. Validate system input and coordinate necessary follow-up with local market counterparts.
9. Review existing reporting and budgeting processes to identify opportunities for streamlining using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Query.

1. Solid experience in financial or business analysis support.
2. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
