- Define and drive the region's clienteling strategy in alignment with Maison values and business priorities.
- Lead the development and implementation of client engagement strategies, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
- Collaborate with Client Insights to develop actionable client segmentation plans and targeted engagement strategies.
- Oversee the execution of one-to-many campaign strategies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and effective client engagement.
- Serve as a regional ambassador for the clienteling mindset, providing training and support to markets and boutiques.
- Manage the region's campaign calendar in collaboration with HQ and local markets, ensuring efficient campaign deployment.
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to integrate client activation strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data analysis and KPI tracking to assess performance and drive continuous improvement in client development activities.
- Communicate local market needs to HQ, facilitating timely resolution of issues and enhancement of clienteling initiatives.
- Proven experience in client development or marketing within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinking and ability to define and implement clienteling strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking for performance assessment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
Significant experience in client development or marketing, particularly within the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
