1. Oversee the Client Development department for the Asia Pacific region, reporting to the Regional Client & Online Retail Director.
2. Develop and implement a regional Client Development strategy that aligns with HQ guidelines and addresses local market needs.
3. Advise local markets on client strategies and projects, providing guidelines, training, and toolboxes.
4. Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to develop strategic Client Development initiatives.
5. Translate client data into actionable business insights for strategic planning.
6. Inspire and align regional Client teams and community with HQ objectives.

1. Solid experience in client development within retail and the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other Asian languages is advantageous.
