3. Manage inbound calls efficiently.
4. Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing a wide variety of topics including hours of operation and repair process queries.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
3. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

A minimum of one year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment.

Salary range of $25-$27 per hour, negotiable based on skills and prior work experience.
