1. Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique
3. Manage inbound calls
4. Provide written responses to customer inquiries via email and chat

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or a year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
3. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

A year of experience in a retail, contact center, or customer service environment is preferred.

Expected salary range is $25-$27/hourly.
