1. Ensure customer satisfaction by structuring, deploying, and optimizing the Quality policy at DPS Septmoncel.
2. Oversee product compliance and adherence to manufacturing procedures.
3. Manage the certification of the quality management system, including ISO 9001 and RJC COC & COP standards.
4. Lead Quality teams to ensure product quality across all processes, including the qualification and validation of non-conformities reported by quality controllers.
5. Develop and maintain processes, ensuring their effectiveness and performance, and implement improvement actions.
6. Validate internal quality policies and ensure procedures optimize production quality.
7. Ensure finished product compliance with specifications, standards, and requirements.
8. Manage non-conformities and oversee Supplier Quality Assurance.
9. Monitor quality indicators and implement corrective actions for deviations, seeking optimization opportunities.
10. Lead internal and client audits, preparing and supervising them, and deploying action plans.
11. Ensure the structuring and validation of control ranges and operating modes, aligning with field practices.
12. Serve as the client interface to identify and deploy requirements, organize and follow audits, manage complaints, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
13. Oversee supplier qualification and corrective action plans.
14. Define and monitor internal improvement plans in line with site strategy and client objectives.
15. Identify, analyze, and manage professional risks.

1. Significant experience in Quality Management within an industrial environment.
2. Proficiency in conducting field audits (ISO).
3. Strong organizational skills and a sense of priorities.

Substantial experience in a Quality Management role within an industrial setting is required.

A background in quality management or a related field is required.
