1. Ensure the quality monitoring and documentation of products from the jewelry workshops, collaborating closely with workshop supervisors and reporting to the workshop director.
2. Conduct inspections using technical drawings, nomenclatures, and method sheets, employing tools such as calipers, magnifying glasses, electronic microscopes, and profile projectors.
3. Generate control reports as necessary when non-conformities arise, and work with supervisors to analyze and resolve these issues.
4. Maintain records of non-conformities to establish defect typologies by article and client, contributing to the development of defect libraries.
5. Oversee the development of pre-series in collaboration with the Methods Manager to ensure adherence to expected quality standards and liaise with external quality services at client locations.
