1. Oversee quality assurance within the High Jewelry workshops in Paris.
2. Manage the quality database in SAP, collaborating closely with Operations and Crafts departments.
3. Participate in the deployment of SAP within the workshop and act as a Key User for quality-related processes.
4. Assist in project evaluation, conduct associated tests, and train users post go-live.
5. Ensure comprehensive management of quality processes in SAP.
6. Lead quality initiatives within the workshop, training and sensitizing teams to the brand's quality standards.
7. Verify and validate the quality and compliance of finished products.

1. Background in jewelry craftsmanship with proven experience in quality control or quality animation.

1. Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

A minimum of one year of experience in quality control or quality animation within the jewelry industry.

Formal education in jewelry craftsmanship or a related field.

Comprehensive integration with training on the brand's history, craftsmanship, and creations, along with daily support.
