1. Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications across the production site.
2. Enhance team competencies in quality mastery and implement quality indicators and monitoring.
3. Serve as the primary liaison between the atelier and Van Cleef & Arpels' Quality teams.
4. Manage and lead the quality team.
5. Contribute to the drafting and documentation of manufacturing processes and expected deliverables.
6. Participate in project development, maintaining technical documentation and overseeing production vigilance.
7. Collaborate with the Technical Director, workshop leaders, and the design office.

1. Engineering degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management and methods.
2. Familiarity with the jewelry or luxury industry.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.

1. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
2. Strong listening skills.
3. Knowledge of HSE and metrology equipment is advantageous.

A minimum of 7 years in quality management and methods, preferably within the jewelry or luxury sector.

Engineering degree.
