1. Coordinate the portfolio of strategic projects within the Operations & Business department.
2. Monitor and challenge project action plans, ensuring updates with various stakeholders.
3. Identify and escalate risks and arbitration needs.
4. Ensure proper documentation management of projects.
5. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
6. Facilitate project community activities, including preparation and animation of project meetings.
7. Prepare, lead, and report on workshops with business units.
8. Produce and update structured, visual documentation for stakeholders.
9. Implement change management plans in collaboration with the Change Management Lead, HR, and Internal Communications.
10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of cross-functional project management tools.

1. Proven experience in coordinating complex projects.
2. Fluency in both English and French.
