- Ensure quality processes and knowledge management within the Client Relations Center (CRC) by conducting regular monitoring to verify the completion of action items crucial to client and Maison satisfaction.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans to enhance CRC operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Client Relations Center and relevant stakeholders for project roll-outs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the ambassador team regarding CRC systems and processes.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analytics to provide performance reporting, supporting the CRC Manager in developing relevant action plans.
- Prior experience in a client relations center or relevant field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level fluency in English.
- Clear understanding of the digital path to purchase.
- Proficiency in new systems implementation and integration, particularly with Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide both qualitative and quantitative performance insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience in client relations or call center environments, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
