1. Support the High Jewelry Workshop in operational, administrative, and logistical management.
2. Manage production orders throughout the production process, including creation, component availability, distribution, circulation among production teams, and closure.
3. Handle the ordering of components and invoicing of manufactured pieces.
4. Participate in continuous improvement projects, such as optimizing workshop flows and deploying the new ERP system.

1. First experience in an administrative and/or logistics role.

1. Proficiency in information systems and computer tools, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong organizational, rigorous, and agile capabilities.

First experience in a similar administrative or logistics function.
