1. Support the High Jewelry Workshop in operational, administrative, and logistical management.
2. Oversee production orders throughout the manufacturing process, including creation, component allocation, distribution, and closure.
3. Manage component procurement and invoicing for manufactured pieces.
4. Participate in continuous improvement projects, such as optimizing workshop flows and deploying the new ERP system.

1. Previous experience in an administrative or logistical role.

1. Proficiency in information systems and computer tools, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Attention to detail and precision in execution.

A minimum of one year in a related administrative or logistical position is required.
