1. Oversee and drive the performance of the jewelry production workshop, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
2. Collaborate with logistics to align production capacity with demand, optimizing the production plan.
3. Develop and mentor a team comprising two Workshop Managers and three Craft Trainers, fostering skill enhancement and best practice harmonization.
4. Lead and support the team of artisans, facilitating their technical growth in collaboration with craft trainers and workshop managers.
5. Work closely with the development and methods teams to manage production ranges and ensure effective communication with the production teams.
6. Maintain a positive and constructive social climate through close dialogue and engagement.
7. Contribute to the structuring of operational production activities and propose improvements for workshop efficiency.
8. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the workplace.

1. Proven experience of at least 10 years in production team management across various sectors.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and enhance the performance of a production workshop.
