1. Support daily and operational management of high jewelry repetitive production.
2. Ensure daily updates and necessary corrections of production management IT tools.
3. Monitor short-term priorities of the workshop.
4. Update daily indicator files and lead continuous improvement actions.
5. Work on digital continuous improvement projects, including deployment and updates of Power BI reports.
6. Formalize processes related to workshop transformation.
7. Collaborate with the workshop manager to track skill development and mission progress.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Basic knowledge of Power BI or PowerQuery.
3. Understanding of problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, 5S, 5 Whys, Ishikawa.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage priorities effectively.
6. Interest in luxury and jewelry sectors.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with production environments and continuous improvement processes is advantageous.

Pursuing a degree in engineering.
