1. Implement product strategy and fulfill strategic objectives across three product categories.
2. Support boutique teams with client presentations, stock coordination, and special orders.
3. Coordinate 360° product launches and implement strategic action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
4. Develop and deliver tailored product trainings.
5. Monitor sales, forecasts, and local competition to identify opportunities.
6. Conduct monthly and yearly sales analysis, share key learnings, and propose action plans for collections and novelties.
