Van Cleef & Arpels Product Manager, Timepieces (SEA)

- Define and execute the product strategy and seasonal assortment plan for timepieces across Southeast Asia, aligning local assortment with global collections and Maison priorities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: concept validation, range architecture, SKU rationalisation, pricing, commercial pilots and end‑of‑life decisions.
- Coordinate product launches and in‑market activations with Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, E‑commerce and Visual Merchandising teams to maximise sell‑through.
- Own commercial performance metrics: sell‑in / sell‑out analysis, margin optimisation, inventory forecasting and replenishment across boutiques and wholesale partners.
- Lead cross‑functional working groups with HQ, manufacturing, supply‑chain and after‑sales to ensure production planning, quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Maintain competitor and market intelligence on horology trends, pricing, channel dynamics and regulatory considerations specific to SEA markets.
- Develop training materials and product tools for retail and wholesale teams; deliver product trainings and support client advisors during peak windows.
- Manage distributor and partner relationships in-market, ensuring contractual compliance, brand positioning and consistency of the client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Goods, Design, Engineering or related field; MBA or specialised post‑graduate diploma in Luxury Management preferred.
- Proven track record of 4–7 years in product or category management within watches, jewellery or luxury accessories; experience covering Southeast Asian markets strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience in assortment planning, pricing strategy and inventory/forecast optimisation for multi‑channel luxury retail.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to operate across cultures and with regional distributors, retail teams and global HQ.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the SEA region and to global HQ as required.

Mid‑to‑senior level product/categor y manager with 4–7 years’ relevant experience in luxury watchmaking, jewellery or accessories. Prior responsibility for regional assortments, distributor networks and multi‑channel rollouts in Southeast Asia is highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or specialised diploma in Luxury Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
