Van Cleef & Arpels Product Manager, High Jewelry

- Implement marketing strategy for High Jewelry collections in alignment with global and local business directions.
- Collaborate with the International Marketing team to align with global launch calendars and provide feedback on local adjustments.
- Orchestrate a 360-degree product strategy tailored to the local context in collaboration with regional departments.
- Plan and execute international and local launch activations, supporting events with product selection and training.
- Lead and inspire a team of product segment experts, fostering their contributions to the business.
- Provide sales, market, and trend analysis to guide local strategies.
- Partner with Retail and Supply Chain to maintain budget and projections, aligning plans with annual forecasts.
- Ensure daily business needs and special events are supported with product information and client-facing tools.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and merchandising within high jewelry or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.
- Creative and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in marketing and merchandising within high jewelry or luxury retail, with experience in managing multi-layered teams.
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
Expected salary range: $110k - $120k/yearly, eligible for a yearly bonus.
