1. Implement marketing strategy for High Jewelry collections in alignment with global and local business directions.
2. Collaborate with the International Marketing team to align with global launch calendars and provide feedback on local adjustments.
3. Orchestrate a 360-degree product strategy tailored to the local context in collaboration with regional departments.
4. Plan and execute international and local launch activations, supporting events with product selection and training.
5. Lead and inspire a team of product segment experts, fostering their contributions to the business.
6. Provide sales, market, and trend analysis to guide local strategies.
7. Partner with Retail and Supply Chain to maintain budget and projections, aligning plans with annual forecasts.
8. Ensure daily business needs and special events are supported with product information and client-facing tools.

1. Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and merchandising within high jewelry or luxury retail.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.
5. Creative and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in marketing and merchandising within high jewelry or luxury retail, with experience in managing multi-layered teams.

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.

Expected salary range: $110k - $120k/yearly, eligible for a yearly bonus.
