Van Cleef & Arpels Product Management & Marketing Coordination Intern — Jewellery

Van Cleef & Arpels is an internationally recognised maison of haute joaillerie and watchmaking, famed for exceptional craftsmanship, poetic design and client-focused service. As part of the Richemont group, the brand combines artisanal ateliers with global retail and marketing operations across luxury markets.

1. Support the product management lifecycle for jewellery collections: specification gathering, sample follow-up, technical dossiers and SKU tracking.
2. Coordinate cross-functional activities between design, production ateliers, merchandising, retail and external suppliers to ensure timely product launches.
3. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product data in the PIM and ERP systems (specifications, imagery, pricing and availability).
4. Contribute to marketing coordination: prepare briefs and materials for digital and retail campaigns, assist with photoshoots and creative production follow-up.
5. Prepare presentation materials and commercial tools (PowerPoint decks, sell-in sheets, price lists) for internal stakeholders and retail teams.
6. Monitor product performance and sales indicators; produce regular reports and support ad hoc analyses for the category manager.
7. Support event and launch logistics, including coordination of samples, retail merchandising kits and trade-show materials.
8. Liaise with external ateliers and suppliers on sample delivery, quality checks and technical adjustments.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Marketing, Business, Jewellery Design or equivalent.
2. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation standards for internal and client-facing materials.
4. Proven ability to work collaboratively across creative and operational teams; proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented.
5. Fluent in French and a good command of English (professional working proficiency) — both spoken and written.
6. Prior internship experience in luxury retail, product development or marketing is strongly preferred.
