1. Develop and propose long-term product strategies aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels' brand image and business objectives.
2. Coordinate product development efforts across various teams including Production, Design Studio, Gemstone, Communication, Retail, and Supply Chain.
3. Manage the Product Marketing team, overseeing recruitment, integration, and professional development of team members.
4. Contribute to the formulation of short, medium, and long-term marketing strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team.
5. Lead the creation of product briefs and oversee the development of new products, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timelines.
6. Ensure pricing strategy and product range coherence for High Jewelry offerings.
7. Collaborate with Communication and Retail teams to develop comprehensive marketing ecosystems for collections.
8. Serve as an ambassador for collections within internal forums such as the High Jewelry board and Maison Committee.

1. Significant experience as a Marketing Manager or Group Leader, preferably within the luxury or jewelry sector.

1. Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.
2. Strong collaborative abilities with diverse stakeholders.
3. Product sensitivity and vision to enhance the brand's uniqueness.
4. Proficiency in English.

A proven track record in a senior marketing role within the luxury or jewelry industry is required.
