1. Propose long-term product strategy in alignment with Van Cleef & Arpels' image and business objectives.
2. Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in Product Development, including Production, Design Studio, Stones, Communication, Retail, and Supply Chain teams, as well as Market teams.
3. Manage the Product Marketing team, including recruitment, integration, and development of team members.
4. Participate in defining the High Jewelry Marketing strategy, including strategic plans and guidelines for subsidiaries.
5. Drive product strategy by constructing briefs and overseeing the development of new products.
6. Ensure pricing and range coherence for the High Jewelry offerings.
7. Lead 360° communication and retail strategies for collection ecosystems and develop training tools for sales and customer experience.
8. Act as an ambassador for collections within internal teams during dedicated sessions.

1. Significant experience as a Marketing Manager or Group Leader, ideally in the luxury or jewelry sector.
