1. Act as the primary liaison between IT and business functions for operations and distribution.
2. Lead IT-business relationship management, including committee facilitation, needs assessment, and solution definition in alignment with the Maison and Richemont Group's IT architecture.
3. Ensure the quality of IT services by overseeing the application lifecycle, including projects, maintenance, and support, as well as managing budgets and project portfolios.
4. Supervise a team of project managers, prioritizing tasks and monitoring workloads.
5. Coordinate project execution with business teams, facilitate the Business Committee, and represent the Maison's interests within the Group.
6. Define and organize post-deployment support, establishing an appropriate structure with key users and experts, and oversee maintenance and continuous improvement processes.
7. Conduct technology watch activities, tracking developments in Group solutions and vendor offerings, and anticipate impacts on the Maison.

1. Extensive experience in a hybrid IT and digital environment, including SAP SD/MM.

1. Excellent understanding of operations, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and distribution/retail processes.
2. Strong project management and team leadership skills.
3. Structured, rigorous approach with a proven track record of leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

Significant experience in IT and digital environments, particularly with SAP SD/MM, and a deep understanding of operations and distribution processes.
