- Drive the implementation and execution of client development strategies within the Online Retail team across key European markets.
- Enhance client engagement, foster loyalty, and drive sales growth through personalized experiences and targeted initiatives.
- Lead the Client Relations Centre (CRC) in implementing client development strategies, ensuring alignment with Maison objectives and market nuances.
- Support CRC operations and coach Client Advisors to cultivate a client-centric culture focused on long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with market teams in the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain to adapt client development strategies to local market dynamics.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between the CRC and local market teams for a cohesive approach.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, events, and retail teams to develop and execute integrated client development campaigns and events.
- Partner with Regional/International teams to optimize the online client experience.
- Implement strategies to expand the online client base, leveraging the Client Relations Centre and market teams in Europe.
- Optimize the phone-based client experience with the Training and Quality team, ensuring exceptional service and strong relationships.
- Use data analytics to gain insights into client behavior and prepare reports on project performance and clienteling actions.
- Strong understanding of the online retail landscape and digital marketing channels.
- Experience in client development, CRM, or a related field, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven success in implementing client development strategies.
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, communication, and presentation.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish preferred).
- Client-centricity and ability to exceed client expectations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective client development strategies.
