1. Maintain and monitor inventory levels to meet defined product assortment and model stock requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal stock levels for maximizing sales opportunities.
3. Lead stock operations for projects, events, and ad-hoc tasks, providing accurate information and proactive action plans.
4. Analyze sales and stock data regularly to support business needs and prepare for meetings.
5. Monitor allocation and replenishment status, ensuring compliance with stock transfer regulations.
6. Serve as a key user in SCM and stock operation processes, supporting new system and process development.
7. Control product quality to maintain sellable stock conditions, including defective stock and product information management.
8. Manage stock export and GIA certification processes.
9. Ensure compliance with product security and importation regulations in collaboration with logistics and finance teams.
10. Oversee staff purchase and consignment operations.

1. Professional experience in merchandising or supply chain management.

1. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and BI tools.
2. Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
4. Strong analytical and data management skills.
