1. Orchestrate assortment planning for all sales channels and boutiques.
2. Maintain and monitor inventory levels to meet product assortment and model stock requirements.
3. Develop merchandising strategies to enhance client experiences and meet Maison objectives.
4. Lead stock operations for projects, events, and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring accurate information and proactive action plans.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to secure optimal stock levels and quality to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Analyze sales and stock data regularly and prepare reports and meetings.
7. Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to inform business action plans.
8. Monitor allocation and replenishment status and oversee stock transfers in compliance with regulations.
9. Serve as a key user in SCM and stock operation process development and implementation.
10. Oversee product quality control, including defective stock and product information management.
11. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
12. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards in supply chain operations.
13. Control staff purchases and consignment.
14. Manage and mentor the merchandising team, leading by example.

1. Extensive experience in inventory management or supply chain management.
2. High competency and interest in luxury retail business and boutique operations.
3. Advanced level of English proficiency.
