1. Lead the Merchandising team and ensure seamless coordination of end-to-end supply chain activities.
2. Plan and implement inventory strategies to support local specificities and achieve sales targets across all channels.
3. Review business reports to gain insights and adjust allocation strategies for retail channels.
4. Foster collaboration across Marketing, Retail, and Finance teams for forecasting and budget planning.
5. Provide strategic direction and long-range demand planning.
6. Establish and implement project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Drive change management within the Operations team to enhance workflow efficiency.

1. Significant experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain Management in Luxury retail.
2. ASCM CPIM/CSCP or related accreditations preferred.

1. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
2. Sensitivity to numbers with strong retail and financial understanding.
3. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Significant experience in Merchandising or Supply Chain Management in Luxury retail.
