1. Coordinate 360-degree paid media activities for Van Cleef & Arpels Japan to enhance brand awareness and support business growth.
2. Collaborate with media agencies for briefing, planning, and asset coordination, ensuring seamless implementation of media campaigns across Print, OOH, Digital & Social, and Search channels.
3. Support the execution of 'Light box' and 'Hoarding' activities in alignment with the annual plan calendar.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on local media performance to inform strategic decisions.
5. Assist in managing invoices and provide administrative support to the team.

1. Extensive experience in media planning, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.

1. Effective communication and strong interpersonal relationship-building skills.
2. Flexibility and adaptability with a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach.
3. Basic proficiency in PC skills, including MS365.

Significant experience in media planning, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the luxury sector.
