1. Ensure the operational implementation of the Maison's media strategy across 12 markets in the Europe-CIS region.
2. Coordinate both online and offline media activities, as well as digital organic initiatives for European markets.
3. Manage the Search Engine Advertising (SEA) strategy in collaboration with the media agency.
4. Oversee regional-level transversal media topics.
5. Collaborate closely with local and international communication teams.
6. Consolidate media budgets for regional markets.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of local media strategies and manage media plans in collaboration with local agencies.
8. Coordinate the adaptation of advertising visuals for all media assets and manage content production for directly handled markets.
9. Develop data use strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and performance understanding.
10. Promote digital expertise within regional teams and facilitate thematic meetings.
11. Participate in media community activities across Europe, including best practices sharing and annual seminars.
