1. Lead the annual integrated media strategy for Australia and New Zealand, adapting global guidelines to local contexts.
2. Oversee media planning, including agency briefing and executional support.
3. Implement a robust digital media plan and monitor key performance metrics for optimization.
4. Evolve search and social media strategies, ensuring content adaptation and distribution.
5. Consolidate and analyze results from in-platform reporting, GA4, and agency data.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and leverage paid partnerships.
7. Manage and support a direct report, focusing on their development and delegation.
8. Evaluate agency responses, providing feedback and setting KPIs.
9. Develop data-informed campaign optimization strategies.
10. Monitor budget with precise accuracy, providing updates to the Senior Communications Manager.
