1. Coordinate daily operations with local media and creative agencies to ensure timely and quality execution of media campaigns.
2. Curate and distribute creative assets to creative agencies, landlords, and media owners.
3. Liaise with regional counterparts to facilitate campaign execution discussions, including creative validation post media plan approval.
4. Support the consolidation of documents in HQ templates for various markets, such as annual media calendars and OOH approval forms.
5. Compile and process launch and post-campaign reports from media agencies, landlords, and vendors for performance analysis with SEA & HQ stakeholders.
6. Run data reports using Google Analytics and internal dashboards for media performance analysis.
7. Coordinate Vietnamese copy translation and proofreading with translation and PR agencies.
8. Assist in media-related administrative tasks, including raising POs, conducting GRs, and reconciling billing issues.

1. First experience in the retail industry, particularly in marketing or communications.
