1. Participate in all phases of product development projects, from initial aesthetic research to the delivery of launch quantities.
2. Define product risks and budgets, and contribute to drafting specifications.
3. Conduct functional validations of product design and define necessary tests.
4. Validate various development phases up to industrialization, including functional validation, prototyping, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
5. Ensure coherence of new products with existing product lines and conduct audits with partners.
6. Engage in cross-functional projects such as technical data enrichment and improvement of standards and procedures.

1. Significant experience as a mechanical engineer in production and/or design.

2. Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and technical experts.
3. High level of organization and project orientation.
4. Ability to manage uncertainties and associated risks.

Significant experience in mechanical engineering, production, and/or design.
