1. Build and maintain an active internal image bank with qualitative content, including product information, creation pictures, key selling points, and manipulation videos.
2. Assist in the creation of content for internal newsletters.
3. Support Bridal sales by managing stone certificate inventory and client delivery, and review and implement new workflows.
4. Prepare tailored digital presentations for client presentations and events to maximize opportunities.
5. Manage the special orders process, liaising with boutique teams and headquarters to discover potential efficiencies and improvements.
6. Participate in supporting special projects, trainings, and events as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Effective time management skills.
6. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience within the luxury industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing, or Communication.

Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, monthly housing allowance, travel cost linked to the move, and health insurance.

The position offers a 12-month contract with potential renewal, monthly allowances, travel cost coverage, and health insurance.
