- Define and implement the local marketing and communications plan for the Riyadh market in alignment with global and regional brand strategy.
- Lead integrated campaigns across PR, digital, social, CRM and retail activation to drive brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Manage media and public relations, cultivating relationships with local press, influencers and cultural partners to secure premium coverage.
- Oversee digital performance: brief and coordinate paid media, social content, SEO/SEM and analytics tracking.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure visual and editorial consistency across all touchpoints.
- Plan and execute high‑end client events, launches and VIP experiences in collaboration with retail and events teams.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring creative excellence, on-budget delivery and timely execution.
- Control and report on marketing budgets, campaign KPIs and ROI; produce regular performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor and develop the local marketing and communications team, promoting high standards of service and brand representation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural norms in all communications and activations.
- Proven leadership experience in marketing and communications within luxury goods, high jewelry, or premium retail at regional or national level.
- Strong track record of delivering omnichannel brand campaigns and PR initiatives that resonate with affluent clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, external agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to represent the maison to VIP clients and media.
- Availability for an immediate start and commitment for the duration of the maternity cover period.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly advantageous.

Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including several years in luxury or premium retail; prior director or head-of-role experience and demonstrable success in the GCC market preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent; Master’s degree or executive education in luxury brand management preferred.
