1. Develop and implement the Online Retail CRM strategy to enhance client relationships and drive sales.
2. Manage key projects impacting the online retail team's operations and client experiences.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate client-centric solutions and achieve sales goals.
4. Plan and oversee the Client Development budget, measuring the ROI of initiatives.
5. Leverage data insights to develop client strategies and action plans.
6. Map client journeys and partner with Retail Expertise to drive client engagement.
7. Identify client development opportunities and collaborate with teams to create solutions.
8. Work with CRC leadership to identify clients for local and international events.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. 5+ years of experience in CRM, client experience, or client service.

2. Strong interpersonal and proactive abilities.
3. Exceptional project management skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to travel as needed.

A minimum of five years in CRM, client experience, or client service roles, with a proven track record of managing projects and developing client strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Expected salary range of $120,000 to $125,000 per year, with eligibility for a yearly bonus.
